Join us on Easter Sunday at Elke dag Vers for a brunch full off sweet & savory items  like feshly baked goods, unconventionally twisted Turkish recipes and some classic breakfast items.  As usul everything is 100% plant-based and home-made.

On the menu:

Easter bread: Freshly baked very classic challah type of bread with mastic.

Montreal Bagel: Living in Montreal more than 10 years made us expert on creating this delicious bagels with a Turkish twist.

Almond white: Our creation of vegan "white cheese" made with almonds as it is the most common nut as an ingredient in Ottoman culinary culture.

Tofu scramble: In other words Menemen is a typical item for a brunch in Turkey. Fresh tomato, long Turkish peppers, mint scrambled with tofu for it to be both nutritious and delicious.

Ashure: Noah's pudding is a oldest and much more complex version of nowadays porridge or chia puddings. This traditional dessert contains so many healthy ingredients like dried fruits, legumes, nuts and whole-grain wheats. In Turkish culinary culture, it is a symbol of diversity, friendship, solidarity and unity.

Spreads & jams: Another of our favourite breakfast items is Tahin&Pekmez which is the mix of tahini and raisin molasses. We also serve some savoury spreads like olive paste flavoured with spices and olive oil came from our hometown. Jams are chosen for you feel like you are in Turkey. Be ready for extras.

Fresh veggies & fruits: a fresh salad with cucumber, tomato, long pepper and mix fresh herbs dressed with pomegranate molasses, olive oil, sumac & lemon. And there will be fresh fruits as we do not serve the juice of an orange cause we believe there is nothing better than the orange itself.

And unlimited long brewed Turkish tea....
