About the event
Turkish cuisine is very versatile. With this workshop you will discover the food culture and culinary traditions of different regions of Turkey. Some recipes are presented as they are, some are reinvented. During this vegan Turkish cooking workshop we’re going to create some dishes for mezze lovers who are looking for authenticity, but you will also learn everything about baking the best Pide (Turkish flatbread), delicious desserts and much more.
