About the event
Turkish cuisine is very versatile. With this workshop you will discover the food culture and culinary traditions of different regions of Turkey. Some recipes are presented as they are, some are reinvented. Either you are a mezze lover or not, we’re going to create some dishes those are authentic, delicious and healthy. And the good news is all recipes are plant-based as usual.
