About the event
Turkish cuisine is very versatile. With this workshop you will discover how the reflection of Turkish food culture and culinary traditions are seem on the street of Turkey. Some recipes are presented as they are, some are reinvented. During this vegan Turkish street food workshop we’re going to create some dishes for gourmets who are looking for authenticity, but you will also learn about how to veganize some meals , delicious desserts and much more.
